To connect your Yahoo Mail mailbox to Gmail, have the following details ready:

- A destination personal or work Gmail account.
2. Generate app-specific password on Yahoo Mail
If two-factor authentication is active on Yahoo Mail, generate a dedicated app password in your security panel to authenticate third-party POP/IMAP bridges.

imap.mail.yahoo.comorpop.mail.yahoo.comand verifies credentials. - Select your preferred Gmail label (e.g.
Yahoo Mail) and sync frequency.
7. Troubleshooting common connection issues
If a connection error occurs, double-check that your full email is entered as the username and that foreign IP logins or IMAP access are enabled in your Yahoo Mail security settings.
