1. Scope of Service

POP3 for Gmail provides a software-as-a-service bridge that connects third-party mailboxes (via POP3, IMAP, or OAuth) to Google Gmail using official APIs.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to connect only mailboxes that you legitimately own or are authorized to administer. The service must not be used for illicit data extraction or unsolicited bulk email campaigns.

3. Third-party Platforms & Availability

Availability depends in part on third-party mail hosts and the Google Gmail API. POP3 for Gmail is an independent software tool and is not liable for interruptions originating from upstream mail providers.
