User Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Google User Data Policies, GDPR, and CCPA standards, users can request or execute the permanent deletion of their account data at any time.

1. Self-Service Deletion via Dashboard

You can disconnect any mailbox directly:

1. Log in to the dashboard at /app.
2. Locate the mailbox you wish to delete and click Settings.
3. Select "Delete mailbox and purge credentials".

This immediately removes all encrypted passwords, OAuth tokens, and sync logs from our active servers.

2. Email Request

To request the full deletion of your user profile, email [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Requests are processed within 48 hours.
